Why work with us

Engineering-led, accountable from survey to support

Radio networks are infrastructure. We plan them with the same discipline: measured, documented and maintainable.

One accountable team

From the first survey to post-warranty support, the same team owns your network and its documentation.

Designed for your coverage

Recommendations follow measured coverage, user load and interoperability needs, not a fixed product list.

Built for operations

Redundancy, encryption options and maintenance plans are planned in from the start for mission-critical use.

Support you can reach

Defined response times, spares planning and clear escalation, agreed in your maintenance contract.

FAQ

Questions we are often asked

Something else? Ask our team, Monday to Saturday, 9:30–18:30 IST.

Do you work with government departments and public-sector bodies?

Yes. We support departments through requirement definition, technical specifications for tenders, supply, installation, commissioning and post-warranty maintenance. Share your tender or requirement through the quote form and our team will respond.

Which radio technologies do you support?

Digital mobile radio (DMR), TETRA and conventional analogue systems, including portable and vehicle radios, repeaters, IP site linking, antennas and RF infrastructure, and dispatch consoles. We recommend a technology after understanding coverage, capacity, interoperability and budget.

Can you extend or upgrade an existing radio network?

Yes. Many projects start with an audit of the existing network: coverage, interference, ageing equipment and spares. We then propose an upgrade path that protects your existing investment where it makes sense.

How do licensing and frequencies work?

Private radio networks in India need frequency assignment and equipment approvals from the relevant authorities. We help prepare the technical documentation; the licence itself is issued to the network owner.

What support do you provide after installation?

Documented handover, operator training, and maintenance plans ranging from on-call repair to scheduled preventive maintenance with defined response times, agreed per contract.

How quickly will I receive a quotation?

We acknowledge every request and come back with clarifying questions or an indicative proposal. Complex networks typically need a site survey before a firm quotation.

Planning a new network or an upgrade?

Tell us about your sites, users and timelines. We will come back with questions or an indicative proposal.
